Year Groups

Key Stage 1

Key Stage One includes year 1 and 2, and also the reception class in many of its daily routines. Within these years, we aim to build upon the personal and social skills experiences in the foundation stage and lay a firm foundation in basic skills of number and language.

We aim for learning to be an enjoyable experience and use all the national curriculum subjects to enable the children to develop their curiosity, confidence, independence and ability to work with other children.
