The Curriculum

Information and Communication Technology

The school is well resourced with Information Technology. All children have access to the computer suite comprising of 32 laptops, offering 1 laptop per child. We have three further mini computer suites containing 6 PCs each, located in Foundation, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. We have a further 10 additional laptops and PCs as backup units to avoid any 'down-time'.

We have interactive whiteboards and wireless networking in every classroom. Access to the internet is carefully supervised by the class teachers and our ICT technician.

Once skills are learnt, the children use these resources to support their learning in all aspects of the curriculum. This includes word processing, data handling, researching and presentation skills.
