The revised national curriculum is the basis for the curricular planning for Key Stage One and Two. The foundation subjects are history, geography, music, art, RE, design, PE and PSHCE. We review the planning process in order to utilise the children's natural interests and curiosities.

Continuous teacher assessment and recording of these subjects takes place and at the age of 7 and 11 the children will be tested in line with the Department of Education arrangements in force at that time.

Our overall aims to enable us to realise our expectations of the children are:
